Business Insurance Distributors was launched in 2000 to assist financial institution clients looking to expand their product offerings to include commercial insurance and other insurance related services. The company was created to help its clients develop a significant revenue stream through three key processes: commission or fee income, selective underwriting opportunities, and premium finance receivables.

The BID leadership team has over 90 years of insurance experience, about half of which has been focused on revenue generation from proprietary customer bases. Our experience is industry-wide, including: marketing, risk management, brokerage, underwriting including captives, program and product development, and e-business development.
